Overall the Nordic Track E 7.2 incline elliptical is a fairly well built machine, that is ideal for those looking to workout at home. This Elliptical has several workout options to challenge you as your fitness level improves and is equipped with a lot of nice extras such as a water bottle holder, speakers, and Mp3 set up. It has an average to above average stride length and enough incline to allow to work different areas of your legs, buttocks, and thighs while building up your stamina.

Comfort

Nordic track has done a great job of making this elliptical trainer as comfortable as possible. It has oversize pedals, and an average to above average stride length to making workout as comfortable as working out can get. It also has a built in water bottle holder, a MP3 set up, and 2.0 speakers.
