  1. the bench needs some space and especially the (olympic) barbell can’t be folded ;o). In this case it is better to search for a bench that can be folded. With this functionality you can gain some space in your home. A regular place, where the bench can stay is adviced anyway.
  2. What is your fitness goal you have with this bench? Take a fixed bench without bars for example. You can train with dumbbells or handheld-weights. If you want to concentrate on the chest muscle it is better to have a weight bench with an attachment, which is adjustable – maybe also usable for squats. So being specific can save you money.
