The Shaun T’s Focus T25 DVD workout programme helps people interested in losing weight and getting fits do so in just 25 minutes a day. It contains 11 nonstop workouts, 9 DVDs, A quick start guide, nutrition plan, workout calendar, B-lines, resistance bands. Although only 25 minutes long, these workouts are highly focused to help you burn calories and increase your fitness levels. Each DVD contains both a full workout version of the exercises and a modified version for those whose fitness levels are not up to the full blown workout. This makes this program more suitable to people of different fitness levels. We do think that this program could benefit from including some warm up exercises prior to getting to the full out workouts.

Who Are These Workouts Designed For?

This workout program is designed for people that have achieved at least a moderate fitness level and are looking to lose weight or simply become more fit. While these workouts should not be attempted by anyone who hasn’t spent at least some time improving their fitness or doing moderately strenuous exercises, they aren’t as physically demanding as other programs designed to push fitness to the limits. The fact, that this program offers users a modified version of the program, makes it possible for people of ordinarily fitness levels to take part in at least some of this program.

Equipment Needed or Recommended

The program does include the use of resistance bands that comes with the program. It is also that you have a good workout mat when doing many of these exercises.

While every exercise or fitness program has it’s risk of injury, this program is considered safe for most users. However, as with any program it is always a smart idea to speak to your doctor and make sure that this type of exercise won’t pose any serious risks to your health.

Users really like Shaun T’s focus T25 DVD workout program and give it positive ratings. Users who tried or completed the Insanity workouts state that these workouts are less stressful on joints and more fun to complete. Other users really like the fact, that is a modified version of the exercise for those who are not quite as fit as Shaun T himself. Users also like the fact that these workouts are only 25 minutes and that the degree of hardness varies.

Complaints

There are few complaints regarding this exercise program other than some users feel that the Core speed DVD should be part of the set and not sold separately.

People who find themselves interested in the Insanity DVD workouts, but are not fit enough to complete such rigorous exercises may find this Shaun T workout program, easier to accomplish while helping them to shed excess pounds and become fitter.
